Copying and Pasting on Windows<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Copying and pasting text or files on Windows is simple. Follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Step 1: Highlight the Text or Select the File<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Text:<\/strong> Click at the start of the text, hold down the left mouse button, and drag the cursor to highlight the desired text.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Files:<\/strong> Click once on the file to select it. To select multiple files, hold down the Ctrl<\/strong> key while clicking each file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Step 2: Copy the Text or File<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

    There are two ways to copy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Using Right-Click Menu:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Right-click the highlighted text or selected file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Click Copy<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Using Keyboard Shortcut:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Press Ctrl + C<\/strong> on your keyboard.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Step 3: Paste the Text or File<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          Once copied, you can paste it elsewhere:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Using Right-Click Menu:<\/strong>\n

            • Right-click in the location where you want to paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Click Paste<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Using Keyboard Shortcut:<\/strong>\n

              • Press Ctrl + V<\/strong> to paste.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Copying and Pasting on iOS (iPhone & iPad)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                Step 1: Highlight the Text<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                • Tap and hold on the text until a selection tool appears.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                • Drag the selection handles to highlight the desired text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                  Step 2: Copy the Text<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                  • Tap Copy<\/strong> from the pop-up menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    Step 3: Paste the Text<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                    • Tap and hold in the area where you want to paste.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                    • Tap Paste<\/strong> from the pop-up menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                      For files or images, use the Share<\/strong> option and select Copy<\/strong> when available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      Step 1: Highlight the Text<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

                      • Adjust the selection handles to highlight the text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                        • Tap Copy<\/strong> from the pop-up menu.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                          Step 3: Paste the Text<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
